As each item is handcrafted by local artisans, every piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, and size. These natural variations are part of the product’s character and are not considered defects.

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers are kindly requested to notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with clear photos for verification.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate.

• As each item is carefully made to order and shipped individually after payment, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed.

We are pleased to offer the following shipping options for all products:

• Phuket: Free delivery within Phuket.

• Thailand: A flat rate of THB 100 per item. Each additional item will be charged at THB 50.

• International: Shipping costs will be charged at actual cost based on the destination and shipping method.

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
